I can't wait until the 7th book! JK Rowling said she knew the ending was going to be hard and she was really sad while she was writing it...
That's not good, is it?
SPOILER BELOW:
She said that two main characters are going to die in the 7th book...and her husband said "No, not that one!" to one of them. =/

I did not read the spoiler and I refuse to! I refuse! I REALLY hated the ending of the Half-Blood Prince. It's like Harry's too mocho now or whatever...

I don't like Harry much either, and I really hated how Snape did go evil after all. I always wanted Harry to be wrong about something for once, and Snape to be good, but nope, he had to be right. I didn't read HP for ages after OotP, Sirius was one of the only characters I actually liked. I was also disappointed that it ended up Ron/Hermione, as I think Harry/Hermione is much better.

I like Snape so much more now that he turned. Here's another book series I've grown out of. I halfway expect Ron to die, but that's what everyone expects. I'm wagering on Lupin.

In 1999, Rowling said that neither Harry, Ron, NOR Hermione will die in the series. Molly told me that today.

I have not read any of these books--they just don't seem that interesting to me. I'd much rather read WoT or something.
Perhaps if HP was set on a different world, instead of modern-day earth, I'd like it more, but I just don't like Fantasy books that are set on Modern-day earth.

I agree with almost everything you said. I do like Harry, actually, I like the three of them (Harry, Ron, Hermione). I freaked out when Snape went bad. Honestly freaked out. I didn't think he was evil, all evidence to the contrary. And of course, Sirius was my fave character, which is why he died. He had to, if he was my fave. That always happend. And I am a huge Harry/Hermione shipper. I hate Hermione/Ron. And Harry/Ginny. And I think Lupin is going to die, because JK has had a bit of a pattern going with killing off the Marauders, you know? And I just am pleading that Harry is killed off, though I know he won't be. Me and a friend of mine had a list of people that needed to die, and we kill of everyone but Bill, Charlie, and Molly Weasley, and Hermione.

I will assassinate Rowling if she kills off Molly Weasley. I will sneak into her bedroom in the dead of night with a crowbar. Molly Weasley NEEDS. TO. LIVE. I would also be sad if Tonks died, I love Tonks.

hey raist what's the series called? where there was Draconas and Vengeance and all those dragons? you should read that series even though you dont know the name Dragonvarld trilogy by Margaret Weis. First book is Mistress of Dragons, to everyone who hasn't read it. All hail Draconas. Snape is flippin' awesome now that he's evil. I used to hate him but now he's vying on my favorite characters list. About the deaths, I'm wagering on Lupin and Hagrid. About Hagrid... he's always been that epitome of A Nice Guy, and he'd sacrifice himself for Harry without second thought.
