I stink at foreign languages compared to my sisters--I know a grand total of two foreign languages, and one of my sisters is on her twelfth.

One of them is chinese, my native language...  then there's EEngleesh. Do you think i talk eengleesh right? then there's french, which im learning... why is your sister learning 12 languages? (well actually if you know 1 romance language its quite easy to learn other romance languages)(even if you know english its still fairly easy compared to chinese, for example)

She has friends who speak those languages, so she wants to learn them. She's in the process of learning them. Some she is fluent in, others she isn't, but she still 'knows' twelve languages. *beams proudly*

oh...
your "know" and my "know" are different.
my "know" means you can read write speak and listen the language at least somewhat fluently
