I have a few questions regarding improved familiars, specifically, the pseudodragon familiar of my main character, Jasryn Storm, the White Robe mage:
1) How does Fafnir's (the psuedodragon) intelligence score go up, being bonded to a 9th level wizard of high sorcery? There's a chart for all the normal familiars (bat, owl, etc.) but not pseudodragons.
2) Since a pseudodragon is telepathic (60' range), I was treating the empathic link as a full telepathic link, with a range of 1 mile. Is this correct?
3) What powers or abilities does a pseudodragon familiar impart on the master?
If anybody has the answers to these and other perplexing questions, or knows how I can contact somebody in the know like Skip Williams, please let me know!
BTW, I am taking a collection and forming a grass-roots campaign to buy Hasbro, and thereby Wizards of the Coast, in a hostile takeover. We will restore 3.5, and place Margaret Weis on the board of directors (if not CEO) to insure things run the way the fans want them to! I figure if I get $20 from every last gamer, we can form a corporation with the intent of taking over WoC and running things properly!
