I like that series, or at least, as much as I've read of it. I've only read the first one and the third one. Still, they're really funny.

Domovoi. I own all five. And I've read the fifth one twice. Artemis and Minerva don't actually fall in love but it's looking like it's inevitable that they will eventually. I think it's sort of sweet. And apparently Artemis has twin siblings at the end of the fifth one. Spoiler there  |

....what's with all the Greek and Roman names? One is understandable, but two. Pfft. Artemis and Minerva. I still haven't read any with her in it. I need to, but I haven't seen the books around.

... the lost colony... ah i'll probably have forgotten by the time i go to the book store... i got so many gift cards for that barnes and nobles its not even funny... i mean i like (and love a few) books, but they think i OBSESS OVER THEM like i used to in the past years. (i used to read 5 Artemis Fowl sized books per week) ...er... i would rather like a gift card to bestbuy or walmart... where i can buy games at least LDM understands, she got me Fable YAY! |

.....you got gift cards for Barnes & Noble!?!?!?!? AAAAGH! I never get gift cards for bookstores. Ever. I love books, and there are sooooo many I want to get, but nobody ever gets me gift cards to Bookstores. *sob* I'll have to just make up for it and use all of my money on books the next time I'm at a lovely Barnes & Noble. Ooooh--Fable. I've played that before. No, wait. I've seen it played, because my friend was showing it off to me at his house, right before we played Halo 2. |

i dont see what peopel see in that game...
bu then im biased against shooting games.
the flying... forget what its called. the flying purple things are cool though.
i ALWAYS get gift cards. and like nothign else. so it was soooo annoying...
besides that i got a turtle and an action figure (don't know why)

I used to be so obsessed with those books it wasn't even funny. *chucklechucklelaughlaugh* His joust with John Spiro had me hooked. Can't say I like the fourth one much, but perhaps that's just because I've grown out of them. I like evil Artemis decidedly more than redeemed Artemis.

Lol, LDM. Of course you like the evil Artemis more. We never doubted you--we never even needed to ask whether you liked the evil one better than the redeemed. We knew. See, you're being predictable. If you're too predictable, you might not make it to World Domination. In which case, maybe sometime you'll like the good guy better, and surprise us all, and be unpredictable. Well, if you're biased against FPS games, Ven, then of course you won't think there's anything cool about Halo 2. If you're not, though, then it is incredible. It is undeniably the coolest FPS game out. Except for some of the newer ones that I haven't played yet. Halo 3 will be even cooler (mostly likely). |
